Job summary

Health Research, Inc. seeks a Health Program Administrator to manage contracts, budgets, and vouchers within the AIDS Institute, NYSDOH. This role focuses on day-to-day contract workflows for initiatives in the Office Drug User Health.

Strong communication and fiscal monitoring skills are essential. The position offers a hybrid onsite/remote schedule with up to 25% travel and eligibility to work within the required states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of experience in administration of personnel, fiscal, or related operational activity; OR an Associate's degree in a related field and four years of such experience; OR six years of such experience.
• A Master’s degree may substitute for one year of such experience.
• Experience with grants and financial management systems and contract budgets/reimbursement vouchers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day workflow of contracts for initiatives/programs within the Office Drug User Health.
• Coordinate budgets, modifications, and vouchers with contract managers and contractors.
• Review fiscal documentation to ensure compliance with requirements and monitor contractor progress.

Education
