Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Lead Engagement Owner to drive multi-project deployments across HCIT programs, including Medicaid/Medicare and CMS initiatives. You will work with client and Oracle executives as a primary contact for concurrent projects.

This role requires 10+ years of program or project management experience in healthcare IT, US citizenship, and the ability to lead complex teams. You will ensure contract commitments, profitability, and timely delivery in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HCIT implementation, project or program management.
• Security clearance appropriate for US government contracting.
• US citizenship is required for the role.
• Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience guiding project managers and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate client relationships to achieve business objectives.
• Hold team members accountable for professional delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; escalate as needed.
• Provide high-quality status reports for executives and government officials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to set and execute project objectives.
• Manage project plans, resources, financials, schedules, and scope.
• Coordinate client events and travel; ensure methodology compliance.
• Oversee milestones with internal and external teams.
• Rapidly learn required tools (PPM, MS Office, VersionOne, SharePoint).
