Job summary

MultiPlan seeks a Senior Engagement Owner to lead Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) implementations, including rollout, consolidation, and optimization engagements. You will own scope, schedule, budget, risk, resourcing, and governance, coordinating design, build, validation, and go-live readiness across functional and technical workstreams.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare IT or EHR implementations, Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) preferred.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk on multi-workstream engagements.
• Experience facilitating governance activities incl. steering committees and status reporting.
• Strong understanding of interdependencies between clinical, technical, and revenue cycle workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management for Oracle Health engagements from kickoff to go-live and stabilization.
• Develop and maintain overall project schedule across functional and technical workstreams.
• Manage project scope and changes through a defined change-control process.
• Own the project risk and issue log with mitigation plans and leadership escalation.
• Coordinate resourcing across functional and technical delivery resources.
• Serve as primary client-facing contact for sponsors and stakeholders on status and deliverables.
• Facilitate governance activities, including steering committee updates and decision logs.
