Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least three years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience with surveys and presentations using Qualtrics, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in common applications (Outlook, Word, Zoom) and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, discretion, and judgment under time pressure.
• Creative, independent thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and systems for moderately complex projects, policies, and initiatives.
• Prepare, edit, and modify documents including reports and program materials.
• Support research initiatives with analytical duties and program evaluation.
• Develop and synthesize results into actionable reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate data gathering and analyses for internal and external constituents.
• Collect and analyze participant data, coordinate meetings, and manage vendor logistics.
• Assist in program planning, event management, and evaluation timelines.
• Manage reimbursements, contracts, and purchasing workflows as needed.
• Prepare progress reports and provide recommendations for initiatives.
