Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions clearly and persuasively. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and navigate complex decision-making processes. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions. Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize tasks effectively.
This is a hybrid role that requires an on-site presence at Assembly Row at least 1x/quarter plus frequent travel to client events (including at night and on weekends), particularly during renewal season Reliable transportation to/from client sites is required Remote workdays require a stable, secure, quiet, and HIPAA-compliant workspace. This will be confirmed via Microsoft Teams video for all employees
