Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year or less in customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to document inquiries accurately and maintain confidentiality (HIPAA).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic software tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide level I support to Molina members and providers via phone, chat, and email.
• Document details of member/provider inquiries accurately.
• Maintain performance goals in call quality, attendance, and adherence.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support provider needs related to eligibility, benefits, and claims status.
• Work shifts within Molina hours, including overtime/weekends as needed.
