Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of customer-facing service experience on phone or in person, preferably in a medical/insurance environment.

• Provide benefit education, verify eligibility, and explain coverage and billing details.
• Escalate issues as needed and document all interactions in the case management systems.
