Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the plan sponsor implementation team regularly.
• Gathers and analyzes client requirements alongside the plan sponsor team.
• Assists in developing implementation plans with the team.
• Coordinates with internal departments to ensure project execution.
• Addresses inquiries from the plan sponsor liaison team during onboarding.
• Forges relationships with clients as the primary contact throughout implementation.
• Delivers leadership and mentorship to the implementation team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
