Molina Healthcare, Inc. in New York is hiring for a Member Enrollment Support role. You will interview and screen prospective eligible members, assist with plan selection and enrollment, and ensure documentation accuracy while coordinating with community partners.

Responsibilities include meeting enrollment targets, guiding members through applications, and supporting recertifications. Travel to community sites and weekend events may be required; familiarity with NYSOH CAC is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years healthcare or customer service experience.
• Experience working with state and federal health insurance programs preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and confidentiality requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Meets enrollment goals monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Facilitates calls to interview and assist eligible members with enrollment.
• Meets with prospective members at community sites.
• Provides education and assists with the application process.
• Explains plan features, benefits, and disclosures to consumers.
• Educates on premium payment options and due dates.
• Assists with plan and primary care physician selection.
• Submits completed applications by state deadlines.
• Identifies and assists with recertification and family add-ons.
• Supports community outreach events (≥8 hours/week).
• Establishes relationships with hospitals/providers and external agencies.
• Develops partnerships to generate new enrollment opportunities.
• Attends health fairs, events, and external meetings as required.
• Some evenings/weekends may be required; local travel required.
