Job summary

Molina Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an Enrollment Support Specialist to assist with member enrollment activities across New York communities. The role involves interviewing potential members, guiding them through plan selection, and ensuring documentation accuracy.

You will work to meet enrollment targets, educate on plan benefits, and coordinate with external partners. Travel to community sites and events is expected as part of outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare or customer/provider services.
• At least 1 year with state/federal health insurance programs.
• Marketplace Certified CAC or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Effective verbal and written communication; HIPAA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Meet enrollment goals monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Facilitate calls to interview and assist with enrollment processes.
• Meet potential members at sites within communities.
• Explain plan features, requirements, and disclosures to members.
• Assist with premium payments and plan selection.
• Submit completed applications per state guidelines and deadlines.
