Job summary

Molina Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to support member enrollment activities, interview and screen prospective members, assist with plan selection and enrollment processes, and ensure documentation accuracy.

You will build relationships with community agencies and participate in outreach events to aid enrollment efforts. The role requires at least 2 years in health care or similar customer service, NYSOH CAC certification or ability to obtain it within 30 days, and strong

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of health care or customer services experience, including state/federal health programs.
• Marketplace Certified (NYSOH CAC) or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment goals.
• Interview and screen potential members for enrollment.
• Assist with plan selection and enrollment processes.
• Educate members on plan features, requirements and disclosures.
• Submit completed applications by deadlines per Molina guidelines.
• Attend events and outreach activities for at least eight hours per week.
