Qualifications

• Full time UPIKE undergraduate student
• Preference for student who is interested in Health and Human Performance or other biomedical pathway.

Responsibilities

• Collect, record, and manage assessment data while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Analyze assessment results and assist in developing individualized recommendations to improve health, fitness, and athletic performance.
• Meet one-on-one with student-athletes to explain assessment results and discuss performance-related implications.
• Assist with pre-season, mid-season, and post-season testing for athletic teams.
• Prepare and calibrate assessment equipment and ensure testing areas are organized and safe.
• Assist with exercise prescription development under faculty supervision.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to professional reports for coaches and athletes.
• Collaborate with HHP faculty and athletic staff to coordinate testing schedules and athlete follow-up.
• Develop professional skills in communication, data interpretation, and evidence-based exercise science practices
