Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Business Process Analyst role or related operational area.
• Experience in Health Insurance Industry or Healthcare operations preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze, map, and improve business processes.

Responsibilities

• Intake operational objectives, gather information, and communicate requirements to IT/business groups.
• Coordinate, monitor, and report on project progress and schedules.
• Manage small to intermediate cross-functional projects and drive change.
• Facilitate process improvement meetings and discussions.
• Analyze operations to map current/future state processes and identify improvements.
• Recommend efficiencies and align technology with business strategies.
• Develop desktop procedures and training materials.
