Job summary

Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is seeking a Manager of Integrated Health Operations – Client Access to oversee administrative and operations functions across health services locations, delivering high-quality, client-centered care to vulnerable populations. You will lead diverse teams and coordinate scheduling, enrollment, and registration to ensure a seamless patient experience.

The role requires at least 2 years of health operations and management experience, a commitment to underserved

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in healthcare or client services.
• Minimum 2 years of health operations experience.
• HIPAA training or strong HIPAA knowledge.
• Understanding of community health clinic operations.
• Valid Colorado driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, insurance verification, and patient check-in across Medical, Behavioral Health, Dental, Psychiatry, Nursing, and Case Management.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and leaders to ensure provider schedules meet patient demand and maximize access.
