Job summary

CTCLUSI Health Division seeks a Chief Operations Officer – Health Operations to lead the Tribe's health programs in Coos Bay. You will direct medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and prevention services, ensuring strategic alignment with tribal priorities and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include budgeting, grant management, revenue-cycle oversight, and program development. Strong leadership, financial acumen, and collaboration with the CEO and Tribal Council are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or higher in related field required.
• Minimum seven years supervisory experience in health services administration.
• Experience with 340B Drug Pricing Program and IHS funding.
• Knowledge of health services government regulations and accreditation standards.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, and revenue-cycle oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and oversight for medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and prevention programs.
• Develop and evaluate strategic and operational plans aligned with tribal priorities.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and funding obligations.
• Oversee grant development, administration, and reporting with budgets.
• Direct revenue-cycle operations and identify opportunities to strengthen revenue streams.
• Collaborate with CEO and Tribal Council on health policy and funding opportunities.
• Lead workforce development and succession planning within Health Division.
