Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in Raleigh offers a Summer 2026 Client Management Internship designed to give students real-world business, risk management and insurance experience through project work and direct client interaction. You’ll also develop professional skills that will serve you the rest of your career.

MMA’s internship program provides opportunities to explore interests and prepare for full-time roles in the insurance industry.

Qualifications

• Rising senior/4th year undergraduate student.
• Strong interest in the Insurance Industry.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
• Post-graduate geographic desires within the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-world business, risk management and insurance exposure through project work and client interaction.
• Learn and apply MMA’s client management concepts while supporting actual clients.
• Collaborate with mentors and managers to build professional skills and industry knowledge.
• Engage with a variety of industry partners and grow your professional network.

MMA's internship is a comprehensive program that will provide students with real world business, risk management and insurance experience . Learn to apply the concepts you’ve learned in the classroom through project work and client interaction. You’ll also develop professional skills that will serve you the rest of your career. Marsh McLennan Agency’s internship program gives students the chance to find their interest and place in the insurance industry. MMA’s goal is to provide our interns with insight into all areas of the insurance industry and act as a springboard into full-time careers in the role you desire.

• Strong interest in the Insurance Industry
• Rising Senior/4th year undergraduate student
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
• Post-graduate geographic desires within the Mid-Atlantic Region

Attendance throughout the entire program period is required.
