Job summary

Boesen & Snow Law in Scottsdale, AZ, seeks a full-time Health & Life Sciences Paralegal to support attorneys on regulatory disputes, licensing filings, and healthcare transactions.

You’ll perform legal and regulatory research, draft documents, prepare filings, and manage case files, deadlines, and calendars. This in-person role offers growth, with a salary range of $75,000–$105,000 DOE, and monthly bonuses based on billable hour targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of paralegal experience, ideally spanning litigation, transactional, or healthcare regulatory work.
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and an attorney’s calendar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research platforms (Westlaw, LexisNexis).

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal and regulatory research on federal and state healthcare laws, licensing board procedures, and administrative rules, flagging relevant changes as they arise.
• Draft litigation documents, transactional agreements, correspondence, memos, and case summaries for attorney review.
• Prepare and submit regulatory filings, licensing applications, and transaction closing documents.
• Organize and maintain case and matter files, and track deadlines, board responses, and submissions.
• Support attorneys in managing document-intensive litigation and transaction workflows and calendaring.
