Responsibilities

• Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.

• Participate in written discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests.
• Perform sophisticated legal writing and analysis.
• Assist with and take depositions.
• Support trial preparation, including fact development.
• Collaborate with attorneys on case strategy.
• Handle court appearances and argue motions.
