Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Oregon teaching license with Health Endorsement.
• ESOL endorsements preferred.
• Evidence of multi-cultural experience and cultural competency.
• Bilingual proficiency strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instructs students directly and guides learning toward curriculum goals; establishes clear objectives for instructional units, projects and lessons.
• Maintains accurate, complete, and confidential records as required by law, district policy and administrative regulations.
• Collaborates with other school personnel to meet diverse social and academic needs of all students.
• Trains and acts as lead worker for Instructional Assistants and designs instruction, monitors and provides feedback.
