Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of healthcare IT and operations experience.
• Five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees KTLO/RTB activities; ensures 24/7 system availability.
• Collaborates with the security team to mitigate cybersecurity threats.
• Leads and develops IS managers, engineers, and support staff.
• Manages departmental budget and meets annual goals/expectations.
• Ensures compliance with The Joint Commission (TJC) requirements.
• Maintains a safe environment for colleagues, visitors, and patients.
