Job summary

Ll Oefentherapie is seeking a Network Assurance professional to capture data at client sites, analyze findings, and convert them into a standardized client report format. Daily status updates will keep the client and Oracle Health Implementation team informed on progress and blockers.

You will deliver concise network assessment reports identifying issues and actionable recommendations for wired and wireless networks, with interaction up to the C-Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare, Science, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years total combined higher education and related work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Capture data at client sites and analyze findings for a standardized report format.
• Provide daily status reports to the client and Oracle Health Implementation team while on site.
• Present network assessment results to client leadership, up to the C-Suite.
• Identify issues and provide actionable recommendations for wired and wireless networks.
• Manage multiple client engagements and complete administrative tasks (expenses, timesheets).
• Attend team meetings to develop knowledge of wired and wireless networks.

Job description

You will be focused on capturing data while at client sites, completing an analysis of this data and then transferring this information into a useful report format for our clients using a standardized report format. When you are onsite a status report will be expected on a daily basis to keep the client and your Oracle Health Implementation team up to date on progress made for all tasks to be completed.

As a member of the Network Assurance team you will be focused on collaboratively working with our clients and the Oracle Health Implementation team members as well as your peers on the Network Assurance team to deliver a concise and thorough report that is useful to our clients and identifies issues they need to address for their wired and/or wireless networks as well as recommendations.

You will be responsible for presenting the final network assessment report(s) to our Oracle Health Implementation team as well as the client which may include leadership up to the C-Suite. You will adhere to established processes, methodologies, best practices for network assessments and create/deliver appropriate documentation. You may be expected to engage with the client while onsite outside of normal business hours to complete the network assessment in areas not easily assessable (i.e, surgery areas, ER) during normal business hours. You will be expected to establish, maintain, and strengthen client relationships and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

You will be assigned to multiple client engagements at one time and will be expected to manage these multiple work assignments including administrative tasks such as timely submission of expense reports and timesheets. Managing priorities and communication of client expectations and progress is expected. As a member of the Network Assurance team you will be expected to attend and participate in team meetings and working sessions which will support you in continuing to develop your knowledge of wired and wireless networks.

At least 4 years of total combined higher education and related work experience, including: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare, Science, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field of study, or relevant, equivalent work experience.
