Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Sales Market Development Representative (MDR) to join our team and foster physician relationships across multiple US locations, including Seattle/Tacoma. The role focuses on driving adoption of Health IT solutions, improving provider experiences, and aligning with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of three years sales experience in healthcare recruiting or medical/pharma sales.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by supporting transition to Epic OR Marketplace and hit monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics.
• Cultivate relationships with physicians and staff, identifying needs and presenting solutions.
• Provide physician technology support, manage requests, resolve incidents, and deliver one-on-one training.
• Ensure secure access to systems and patient data for providers.
• Develop and deliver training for physicians, staff, and partners.
• Act as a physician advocate within the organization and contribute to strategic planning.
