Job summary

Cooper University Health Care in Camden, NJ is seeking a Pharmacy IT analyst with strong data analysis skills and pharmacy systems expertise. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and validate new functionality across clinical systems.

Ideal candidates have 6–10 years in a pharmacy or clinical setting, with Willow/HCPCS knowledge and experience in healthcare project support. Collaboration with IT and clinical teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years experience in pharmacy or clinical setting.
• Experience with FDB/Medispan, Omnicell or Pyxis systems.
• Knowledge of Willow inpatient charging and HCPCS updates.
• Healthcare environment familiarity and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex qualitative and quantitative analysis on data gathered during requirements.
• Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analyses and design technical solutions.
• Design, validate and confirm new/changed functionality with applicable systems.
• Lead small to medium projects and troubleshoot integration challenges.
• Support project implementation and ensure deadlines are met.
