Job summary

MCS Puerto Rico seeks a Customer Service Representative I – SC to assist customers and prospects with information about products and services. You will address beneficiary questions, resolve service needs, and document actions to ensure continuity of offerings.

Based in Puerto Rico, this non-exempt role logs cases in CRM, handles Call Center inquiries, maintains policyholder data, and supports Health Risk Assessments across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or 60–64 college credits with at least 1 year of customer service experience.
• High school diploma with at least 2 years in customer service, preferably in health insurance.
• Proven experience may be replaced by established requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers and prospects with information about products and services.
• Addresses beneficiary questions and resolves service needs per guidelines.
• Logs cases in CRM and informs customers of case status.
• Handles calls from the Call Center and ensures complete service cycles.
• Maintains policyholder demographics in systems and supports HRA calls.
