Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Proven sales abilities including prospecting, negotiation, and closing in insurance/financial services or related fields.
• Experience or aptitude in training and sales management to support team development.
• Ability to work on-site in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, with reliable transportation to meet clients in person.
• Goal-oriented with strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
• Comfort working in a self-employed or commission-based structure with focus on residual income.
• Familiarity with health insurance or benefits products is preferred; licenses or willingness to obtain them is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage small business owners, individuals, and entrepreneurs to present health insurance benefits and services.
• Deliver sales presentations and manage/follow up on leads to close new business.
• Provide ongoing customer service and maintain accurate client interaction records.
