Job summary

Döhler, the global producer of nature-inspired ingredients, seeks a Product Manager for North America Health Ingredients to drive portfolio strategy and growth from our Princeton, NJ office. You will own lifecycle management, pricing, and profitability while collaborating with sales, marketing, R&D, and supply chain to capture new opportunities and expand market share.

Required 3+ years in product management or related roles in functional ingredients, plus strong communication skills and up to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, business development, or technical sales in functional ingredients.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Lead product portfolio lifecycle management with pricing, stocks and master data.
Own revenue and profitability targets for the portfolio.
Collaborate with sales to position products and support key engagements.
Develop and deliver capability and product presentations to customers.
Coordinate with marketing, R&D, sales, supply chain, pricing to drive projects.
Monitor product performance and identify gaps; drive portfolio development.
Collaborate with marketing to identify new business opportunities and campaigns.
