Responsibilities

• Walk new Health Information Technician hires through Energy Systems Corp's Tracheostomy Care workflow during their first 3 weeks
• Reconcile each patient's medication list at admission, catching interactions before they reach the floor
• Prep and verify Pain Management specimens for the lab, labeling at the bedside in front of the patient
• Carry Energy Systems Corp's high-trust Pittsburgh caseload while precepting the mid-level new grads behind you
• Update the whiteboard and care-team contacts so families in Pittsburgh, PA always know who to ask
• Hold the line on hand hygiene and isolation precautions even when the unit runs hot
• Support telehealth visits and remote patient monitoring as needed
• Apply Dialysis and ICU Care interventions while watching for the side effects that follow
