• Hold Ventilator Management follow-up calls within 48 hours of discharge.
• Champion a quietly-ambitious approach to patient-centered care as a Health Information Technician.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Own the autonomy-rich corner of the unit — the rooms others overlook get your full attention.
• Coordinate discharge planning and transitions of care.
