• Hand off at shift change using SBAR, leaving zero gaps for the incoming Health Information Technician.
• Support care delivery across AbbVie's Cheyenne, WY facility.
• Counsel patients on discharge meds to reduce readmissions.
• Stock the crash cart and verify expiration dates.
• Manage a full-time panel of chronic patients, calling between visits when EKG Interpretation numbers drift.
