Qualifications

• 4+ years of Patient Assessment experience.
• Strong multitasking while maintaining quality.
• Professionalism, integrity, and discretion with sensitive information.
• Experience with Dialysis and Patient Assessment.
• Ability to mentor without taking over the keyboard.

Responsibilities

• Position and monitor patients through Facilitation therapy, watching for reactions in real time.
• Document refusals, allergies, and advance directives where the whole team can find them fast.
• Provide culturally sensitive care to a diverse patient population.
• Monitor and replenish clinical supplies and medication stock.
• Escort fragile patients to procedures, monitoring telemetry the entire transport.
