Responsibilities

• Triage walk-in concerns by acuity and escalate as needed
• Prepare exam rooms, instruments, and consent forms for Pembroke Pines appointments
• Deliver direct patient care per clinical protocols
• Audit Infection Control compliance and brief the on-call team
• Educate newly diagnosed patients on ICU Care self-management
• Walk the Pembroke Pines floor at handoff and verify patient status
