Job summary

You will calibrate equipment, log quality checks, educate patients, and participate in an outcome-driven weekend rotation, collaborating with respiratory, PT, and pharmacy to keep care plans moving as one.

You’ll document care interactions in the EHR and contribute to HIPAA compliance discussions during standups.

Qualifications

• TNCC Certification required and applicable to patient care.
• PALS Certification required to practice in high-acuity environments.
• CNA certification grounding with Cerner EHR familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate equipment and log quality-control checks every shift.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Cover the weekend rotation with independent mid-level clinicians.
• Partner with respiratory, PT, and pharmacy to keep the care plan moving as one.
• Walk the Savannah, GA floor at handoff, signing out after review.
• Track problem-solving metrics on your panel and surface trends to the care team weekly.
• Bathe, reposition, and mobilize patients with dignity.
• Document care interactions in the EHR accurately.
