Responsabilidades

• Handle wound care follow-up calls within 48 hours of discharge to catch problems early.
• Map patient pain and adjust comfort measures proactively.
• Float between triage and treatment as census varies during the Joplin shift.
• Log TNCC Certification readings into the registry per MO requirements.
• Round on patients each shift and document findings before handoff.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care.
