This entry-level position is responsible for processing all release of information (ROI), specifically medical record requests, in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and providing customers with high-quality service. The associate must safeguard and protect patient privacy, ensuring only authorized individuals access medical information, in compliance with requests, authorizations, company policies, and HIPAA regulations.
Full-Time: Monday - Friday 8a-4:30PM EST
