Position Highlights
- Full-Time: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30 PM EST
- Location: Greenville, SC 29615
- Work in a high-volume production environment.
- Process medical record requests by handling calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical status.
- Document information across multiple platforms using two monitors.

You will:
- Handle requests for patient health information following company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of privileged information.
- Use company and facility software effectively.
- Follow the Code of Conduct and policies.
- Report work, site issues, or volume fluctuations to your manager.
- Assist with additional responsibilities as needed.
- Apply medical privacy regulations diligently.
- Manage and safeguard patient health records in compliance with HIPAA.
- Prepare and organize new patient charts, gather documents, and create digital images for storage.
- Respond to internal and external requests for patient records.
- Answer inbound and outbound calls, and assist with walk-ins if needed.
- Perform administrative tasks such as handling faxes, opening mail, and data entry.
- Meet productivity expectations at your site.
- Schedule pickups as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you will bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to commute between locations.
- Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons.
- Basic computer skills.
- Proficiency with phones, fax, printers, and office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Attention to detail for accurate medical records.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Organization skills to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- You have healthcare experience.
- You have worked in a production or metric-based environment.
- You have in-person customer service experience.
- You can build relationships with clients and customers on-site.
- You are open to sharing ideas and process improvements.
