Job summary

Datavant is seeking an entry-level ROI assistant in Eau Claire, WI to process medical record requests efficiently while ensuring HIPAA compliance and privacy. You will handle patient information, coordinate with facilities, and support a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities include processing requests, maintaining digital records, and providing high-quality customer service. The role requires basic computer skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Familiar with HIPAA.
• Knowledge of ROI.
• Microsoft Office and Teams experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process ROI requests in accordance with policies.
• Assist patient walk-ins and answer phone inquiries.
• Process incoming/outgoing mail and faxed requests.
• Copy medical records to CD/flash drive and file in systems.
• Document information in multiple platforms using two monitors.
• Maintain patient privacy and secure handling of records.
