Qualifications

  • 1 year of general clerical/office experience.
  • Completion of 2 years of education above high school in any field (Transcript required).
  • Combination of education and experience may be used to meet totals.

Responsibilities

  • Receipt, intake, scanning, indexing, quality control of health information.
  • Scan documents electronically into databases (imaging).
  • Ensure documents are linked to the correct patient record and maintain record integrity.
  • Follow procedures for mailing and disposal of health information and protect confidentiality.
  • Maintain an up-to-date master file of administrative circulars and publications.
  • Perform computer-based record keeping, filing, retrieval, and clerical duties for health records.
  • Work schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.
