Job summary

A healthcare services provider in Greencastle is seeking a Director Manager to lead the Health Information Management team. The successful candidate will improve procedures and communication among staff, manage processing of medical records, and develop policies to ensure confidentiality of protected health information (PHI). Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, RHIA or RHIT certification, and 5-10 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• 5-10 years of related experience required.
• Graduate of a CAHIIM approved program for Health Information Technician or Health Information Administrator.
• RHIA or RHIT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the HIM team and all functions of Health Information Management.
• Implements policies to ensure confidentiality of PHI.
• Participates in Continuous Quality Improvement efforts.
