Job summary

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Program Coordinator to support the administration of research protocols and technology-enabled care initiatives.

You will bring at least 3 years of hands-on clinical research experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and proven budgeting and project-management skills across interdisciplinary teams in Atlanta. Master’s degree is preferred, and certifications in ACRP/SOCRA or CITI training are valued.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on clinical research experience in a medical/behavioral setting.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial principles and technology-enabled care model design.
• Certification from ACRP, SOCRA, or similar within 1 year; CITI training within 30 days.
• Experience creating and negotiating project scope, timelines, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Assist in prioritizing product features and requirements for clinical research and digital health projects.
• Support agile product management, translating needs into backlogs and user stories.
• Provide training on clinical research processes and digital health; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate sponsor communications, monitor budgets, and manage grant applications.
• Oversee QA audits and ensure documentation compliance across platforms.
