Job summary

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta seeks a Research Coordinator to assist in administering research protocols and technology-enabled care models. You will monitor quality, ensure regulatory compliance, train staff, and support project budgeting and grant activities across research and digital health initiatives.

The role requires at least 3 years of hands-on clinical research experience, a bachelor’s degree in a health/tech field, and knowledge of IRB processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on clinical research experience in medical/behavioral settings
• Strong understanding of research principles and methodologies (clinical trials)
• Experience with technology-enabled care model design and implementation
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and documentation practices

Responsibilities

• Assist in prioritizing features for clinical research and technology-enabled care initiatives
• Support agile product management, translating needs into backlogs and user stories
• Provide training on clinical research and digital health for staff
• Assist with research policy, quality projects, and system initiatives
• Contribute to grant writing and budgeting for digital health projects
• Support participant activities across research and technology platforms
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure regulatory compliance
• Mentor teams on QA, research ethics, and regulatory requirements
