• Performance Monitoring: Monitors performance metrics to ensure quality, productivity, and standard work expectations are met.
• Resource Utilization: Uses all facets of Document Management System (DMS) and other resources.
• All other duties as assigned.

Position Details:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Basic Computer Skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience: Experience with medical records and medical technology is preferred, with a year of experience in an acute care medical records department or customer service being preferred.
