• Strong project management skills and ability to plan, organize, and execute projects in healthcare settings.
• Communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple research projects and programs, ensuring timely execution of study activities and deliverables.
• Partner with investigators and leadership to support strategic planning, program development, and operational excellence.
• Supervise, mentor, and support research staff, including onboarding, training, and performance development.
• Oversee study operations, regulatory compliance, project tracking, and research administration activities.
• Support grant development and the preparation of scientific, programmatic, and funder-facing deliverables.
• Represent the program in meetings, conferences, and stakeholder engagements.
