You will assist the project manager, help manage multiple project timelines, and provide administrative support to project teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with stakeholders. The role requires strong communication, organization, and analytical skills, with 4+ years of experience in healthcare or similar complex projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years documented experience managing multiple complex projects.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field; experience may substitute for education.
• Experience in healthcare or Health Plan setting is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develops project plans, work plans and schedules for multiple projects.
• Creates and maintains project timelines with buy-ins from key stakeholders.
• Identifies resources and defines roles and responsibilities for the resources.
• Develops reporting systems and ensures documentation is up to date.
• Facilitates meetings and documents outcomes.
