Job summary

Mercy South is seeking a Programs Coordinator for Mercy Neighborhood Ministries to connect underserved communities with health and social services. This role focuses on identifying needs, developing partnerships, and coordinating programs that address health equity.

The candidate will work with diverse community groups, collect data for reporting, and support program planning using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in public health, health sciences, social work or health related field required.
• Experience: 5 years of health-related experience with demonstrated subject matter expertise.
• Preferred: Master's in Public Health or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify needs in the community and connect underserved individuals with health and social services.
• Develop partnerships and coordinate programming addressing health equity and social determinants.
• Collaborate with Mercy co-workers to deliver services and engage community groups.
