Job summary

UnitedHealth Group seeks an experienced registered nurse to educate members on health education, condition management, and plan specifics in collaboration with OptumHealth.

The role includes program creation, data-driven planning, and coordination with clinical facilities, with up to 25% travel involved. Strong presentation and coaching skills, plus MS Office proficiency, are required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active and unrestricted license for state of residence.
• 3+ years of clinical experience in hospital, acute care, home health or care management.
• Solid presentation skills with experience delivering group and 1:1 coaching.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Educate members on health education, condition management, plan specifics and resources with OptumHealth collaboration.
• Refer employees to clinical programs including premium designated physicians.
• Create and implement employer-specific programs based on employer needs.
• Analyze health analytics data and develop targeted data-driven strategic plans and programs; support clinical programs.
• Serve as clinical interface with facilities and providers to resolve issues on members' benefits and program definitions.
• Leverage community resources for referrals and outreach.
• Travel up to 25% including out-of-state travel.
