Job summary

Lancesoft Health Education team seeks a Health Educator I to support care gap closure with members and families remotely in Kentucky. This 2-3 month assignment follows a 9-5 schedule with CST/EST alignment and emphasizes telephonic outreach and education.

Qualifications

  • 1 year healthcare or clinical background.
  • Strong telephonic customer service skills.
  • Experience with remote work and time management.
  • Reside in KY.
  • Preferred Medicaid/Medicare experience.
  • HEDIS knowledge or experience.

Responsibilities

  • Make calls to members and guardians to close care gaps.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and education programs.

Health Educator I

Location: Remote (KY State)

Duration: 2-3 Months

Shift Timing: 9-5pm CST or EST

Job Description: Making calls to members and their parents or guardians to support closure of HEDIS gaps in care Quality Improvement function oversees, plans, and implements new and existing healthcare quality improvement initiatives and education programs;ensures maintenance of programs for members in accordance with prescribed quality standards. Implements key quality strategies focused on initiation and management of member interventions, with a primary responsibility of telephonic member outreach for health education and care gap closure.

Required
  • 1 year healthcare or clinical Clinical background
  • Strong telephonic customer service skills. Will be talking to members and parents
  • Solid experience with Microsoft office tools –excel, word
  • Adaptable to fast paced environment with frequent changes in priorities
  • Experience with remote work and associated time management
  • Reside in KY
  • Preferred Prior experience with Medicaid and/or Medicare population
  • HEDIS experience
