Florida International University is seeking a Health Educator III to lead health promotion for the Healthy Living Program, cultivating a campus environment where students are educated and empowered to make healthy choices that support personal and academic success.

They will also serve as the Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Coordinator, developing strategies for awareness, prevention, and treatment of substance misuse based on best practices and campus data.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Health Education or Public Health with relevant experience.
• Master's degree in Health Education or Public Health with additional experience preferred.
• Experience with AOD programs and college student populations.

Mansioni

• Develops, implements, and evaluates outreach programs on health/wellness topics.
• Serves as the university's AOD Coordinator, leading prevention and treatment strategies.
• Collaborates with campus partners to provide training, workshops and psychoeducational programs.
• Monitors data and reports to inform program development and effectiveness.
• Advises student clubs and supervises student staff and volunteers.
