Job summary

The Agency for Health Care Administration in Tallahassee seeks a Government Operations Consultant III to support the Deputy Secretary’s office within Health Quality Assurance (HQA). The role focuses on training in systems, policy development, data management, and quality assurance across bureaus.

This position serves as the primary liaison for VERSA, Online Licensing, HFRS, Laserfiche, and iQies, leading system development, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of health care data systems and Agency health quality assurance programs.
• Knowledge of relational database systems, network connections.
• Knowledge of project management.
• Skilled in the operation of Division applications and software.
• Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business staff.

Responsibilities

• The incumbent will provide training in systems, policy development, data management, and quality assurance.
• Serves as the primary Project Liaison for VERSA, Online Licensing, HFRS, Laserfiche, and iQies and lead analyst for development of new systems assigned by the Division.
• Coordinates or performs training and technical support for all systems, including but not limited to VERSA, HFRS, Laserfiche, and iQies.
• Develops and maintains policy and procedure and system training manuals for the functions of this position.
• Represents the Division at meetings and on committees regarding data system issues and other projects as assigned.
