Job summary

Zus Health is seeking a spring co-op for our Customer Support Engineering team in Boston. You will dig into data, query Snowflake, test REST APIs, and write Python scripts to automate support workflows.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to resolve issues and improve tooling. The ideal candidate is technically minded, enjoys solving messy healthcare data problems, and can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL to query and troubleshoot data in Snowflake
• Hands-on coding/scripting skills in Python for automation and debugging
• Experience using Postman or similar tools to test and debug REST APIs
• Interest in healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, CCD)
• Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira)

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve technical customer issues end to end
• Query and analyze data in Snowflake to troubleshoot data quality/integration questions
• Test and debug REST APIs to reproduce customer-reported problems
• Build scripts/tools in Python to automate support workflows
• Collaborate with engineering/product to improve docs/processes for scalable support
