Job summary

The Georgia Department of Public Health is seeking a Ryan White Database Manager to oversee CAREWare operations, generate program reports, and ensure data quality for Ryan White funds across statewide programs.

You will lead the CAREWare Data Team, provide technical assistance to staff and providers, and coordinate with HRSA, ADAP, and program managers to meet reporting deadlines and improve data processes. This role emphasizes data integrity, compliance, and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Health or closely related field.
• Experience with CAREWare system.
• Experience in HIV care data analysis and management.

Responsibilities

• Manages CAREWare system and prepares data reports.
• Provides technical assistance and training on CAREWare to staff.
• Supervises CAREWare Data Team and ensures data quality.
• Downloads data, reconciles discrepancies, backs up files.
• Completes ADAP and HRSA reporting on schedule.
• Coordinates with jProg vendor and DPH DBA for reports.
